Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Feather Games ("we," "us," or "our"), an on-chain arcade built on Robinhood Chain. Feather Games brings together fast, browser-based games, competition, and a growing game library into a unified experience.

By accessing or using the Platform - including our websites, interfaces, games, and related services - you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Feather Games.

Feather Games provides interfaces that help you discover and play games, compete with other players, and explore titles that ship over time. Sessions are designed to be fast and playable from the browser.

Feather Games is a non-custodial interface. We do not take custody of your digital assets. Transactions you submit are executed by you through your own wallet on public blockchains or third-party protocols.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use Feather Games if applicable law prohibits you from doing so, including sanctions or other restrictions in your jurisdiction.

You access certain features by connecting a compatible blockchain wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and all activity under addresses you connect. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.

Feather Games may include scores, leaderboards, competitive play, and on-chain rewards. Information shown on the Platform is for entertainment and convenience only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for evaluating risks and deciding whether to take any action.

Playing games that involve digital assets, rewards, or smart contracts involves substantial risk, including total loss of funds, smart-contract bugs, volatility, and interface or network outages. You acknowledge these risks and use Feather Games at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• Use Feather Games for unlawful activity, fraud, cheating, market manipulation, or sanctions evasion
• Interfere with Platform security, scrape abusively, or attempt unauthorized access
• Misrepresent your identity or exploit games, rewards, or competitions
• Use the Platform in a way that harms other users or underlying protocols

Feather Games branding, characters, interfaces, software, games, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Platform except as allowed by law.

Feather Games may link to or integrate third-party protocols, wallets, chains, and content, including Robinhood Chain. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM OR ANY GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FEATHER GAMES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feather Games and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your on-chain activity, or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms or suspend or discontinue the Platform at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or creates risk.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or forums that apply to Feather Games, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
